At Company N, a large parts manufacturing company, there were multiple processing machines at the time, and the factory was constantly filled with invisible polishing powder, mist, and dust. As a result, during critical finishing processes (such as mirror finishing and glass material processing), these particles became the cause of fine scratches, leading to significant complaint costs. To address this, a simple cleanroom was installed. It was much more cost-effective compared to an actual cleanroom, and the installation took only 2 to 3 days, which did not affect the factory's operations.
